This Privacy Policy applies to the app Chess MR (the "App"), developed by 1msve1 ("we", "us", "the developer"), available on the Meta Horizon Store for Meta Quest devices.

1. Information we collect

Chess MR does not collect, store, or share any personal information. The App does not require you to create an account and does not send any data to servers operated by the developer.

2. Mixed reality and device data

To display the chessboard in your physical environment, Chess MR may use features of your Meta Quest device such as passthrough camera view, hand tracking, controller input, and room/scene data. This data is processed locally on your device only to make the App work. It is not recorded, stored, or transmitted by the developer.

3. Meta platform data

Your use of Meta Quest devices and the Meta Horizon Store is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy. Meta may collect information according to its own terms, independently of this App. For more details, see Meta's Privacy Policy.

4. Locally saved data

The App may save settings or game progress locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

5. Children's privacy

Chess MR does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

6. Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share any user information with third parties.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
